制冷原理和機構
制(zhi)冷(leng)循(xun)環(huan)均采用逆(ni)卡若循(xun)環(huan),該(gai)循(xun)環(huan)由兩個等(deng)溫(wen)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)和(he)兩個絕(jue)(jue)熱(re)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)組成,其過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)如下:制(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)經壓(ya)縮(suo)機絕(jue)(jue)熱(re)壓(ya)縮(suo)到(dao)較高(gao)(gao)的壓(ya)力,消耗了功(gong)(gong)使排(pai)氣溫(wen)度升高(gao)(gao),之(zhi)后制(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)經冷(leng)凝器等(deng)溫(wen)地(di)和(he)四周(zhou)介質進行熱(re)交(jiao)換將熱(re)量傳給四周(zhou)介質。后制(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)經截(jie)流閥(fa)絕(jue)(jue)熱(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang)做(zuo)功(gong)(gong),這時制(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)溫(wen)度降低(di)。最后制(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)通過(guo)蒸發器等(deng)溫(wen)地(di)從(cong)溫(wen)度較高(gao)(gao)的物體吸熱(re),使被冷(leng)卻物體溫(wen)度降低(di)。此循(xun)環(huan)周(zhou)而復(fu)始從(cong)而達到(dao)降溫(wen)之(zhi)目(mu)的。
